Hello, I’m Kc!

I’m a Transformative Business Coach that helps entrepreneurs discover, develop, and deliver their best business.

My approach is to go deep, be thoughtful with each decision, and take that extra breath between tasks on the “to do” list.

There’s a certain makeup to entrepreneurs. Sometimes, I think we’re a unique breed unto ourselves. It takes a lot to establish something from nothing and even more to consistently reach high and persevere.

I think the choice to go against the “normal” grain has been made for us. It’s often said that CEOs are unemployable. We like to lead, make the rules as we go along, and especially relish in freedom; of creativity, choice, schedule, etc.

There’s something exhilarating about thinking that with one great idea, and the power of the internet, we actually have the capability to connect and help a multitude of people. Plus, cultivate the freedom we so desire and financial security in the process!

It’s easy to get pumped up for the possibilities, jazzed to connect with the people who need our products and services. And then, in a flash, it’s just as easy to get stuck, lose momentum, doubt our talents and skills, and want to squirrel back to security.

I get it and you’re not alone.

No matter how many certificates or professional degrees we accumulate, despite a slew of accolades, and well wishes, being a small business owner comes with special challenges to work through. Some of the challenges may be emotional, like confidence and money paradigms. Some obstacles may be tech-based – if you only knew the online marketing lingo and skills. Having the guidance from a trusted coach that has been through the process of birthing a business and the cascade of ups and downs that follow is invaluable.

Hello, I’m Kc!

My approach is to go deep, be thoughtful with each decision, and take that extra breath between tasks on the “to do” list.

What does “Transformative” have to do with business coaching?

It’s about connecting our body, mind, and spirit into our business endeavor. We bring our whole selves with us wherever we go, and to whatever we do. My goal is to dissolve the black and white “9 to 5” grind and highlight your core personal goals and life desires in order to “show up” in vibrant color.

I’ve had a love for holistic modalities since I was young and have always been intrigued by natural medicine, philosophy, spirituality, and eco-lifestyles. That, coupled with a fierce drive towards business development, strategy and systems, and technology has created a Yin/Yang synergy to my approach.

The key is integrating the necessary structures needed for a solid business, without forgetting to nurture our soul.

Because isn’t that why you went into business for yourself to begin with? To give all of you a seat at the table? To be able to design a life that lifts you and supports your highest goals?

It’s time to step into your full power.

Let’s paint a new picture on the canvas that incorporates a balance of rich color and still white space.
